Work With Me Directly
Private coaching and sessions for parents, for children, and for families ready to do the work together.

Outside the classroom, outside the program

Some work doesn't belong to a school subject or an ESA account. When a parent wants their own tools. When a child needs one on one time that isn't tied to funding or paperwork. When a whole family wants to change a pattern together.
That's this. Private sessions, paid directly, scheduled with me.

The child is rarely the
whole story.

For parents
Often the fastest change comes from the parent. How you respond, how you hold your own reactions, how you steady yourself so your child has something steady to borrow.
This is one on one coaching for you. Your patterns, your triggers, your growth. Everything I teach children about coming back to center applies to the adults raising them, too.

For your child or teen, one on one

Sometimes a child needs a space that belongs only to them. A safe space, without judgment, where they can open up, ask questions, and think out loud without being corrected or graded. What your child says with me stays with me, unless the law requires me to report it.
With younger children, that looks like play, movement, and breath. They learn to notice what their body is telling them and to name it out loud, often for the first time. The skill is small and enormous at once: I feel something, and I can say it.
With teenagers, it looks different. Older kids usually know exactly what's wrong and have nowhere safe to put it, so the first thing they get is someone steady enough to hold that space and tell them their read on it is valid. From there we work on seeing a situation through more than one lens, theirs and everyone else's, without deciding that someone has to be wrong for them to be right. Their own view keeps its weight. So does everyone else's. That's the awkward middle ground between following instruction and disappearing, and it's most of what we practice. No lectures, and nothing reported back behind their back. What shifts is what they see: that the adults around them are holding doors open, not standing in the way, and that the person with the most to lose from their own behavior is them. When a young person reconnects to their own worth and understands that choosing themselves is a choice, the change is fast and everyone around them notices.
This can stand on its own. Some parents want support for their child alone, and some want support for themselves and their child together. Either way, your child meets me before anything is asked of them, which is why the parent and child intake comes first.
When the role changes
Your child transitions. They grow, they pull away, they leave. That shift doesn't just change your schedule, it reaches your identity. After years of being defined as mom or dad, of organizing your days and your decisions around someone else's becoming, you're left with a question: who am I now?
This is the space for that. Naming what the transition actually took from you, and building what comes next. Thought training for redefining yourself, learning how to reset, and finding your center again on your own terms.
For parent and child, together
Some things only shift when you're both in the room. We work on what's happening between you in real time, the reactions, the shutdowns, the moments that keep repeating, and build a new way of meeting each other.
Before you and your child sit down together with me, I meet with each of you separately. You tell me what's happening. Your child shares their experience and their perception. And your child gets to know me before they're asked to trust anything I say. That groundwork is what makes the joint session work, so it's built into how we start.
